I was struggling to resolve an on-going complaint with my energy provider which I had first raised with them in November of 2019. My case was taken up by Holly Henderson who lent a sympathetic ear to my complaint which was causing me great stress and she worked tirelessly on my behalf, trying to resolve my dispute with the provider, opening a dialogue with them and achieving more in 2 weeks than I’d managed over several months.
