Account Management

Telex UK has been built as a customer centric energy business and in order to ensure our customers receive the “peace of mind” service they require, we assign each customer an account manager with responsibility for:

  • Meter management, including new connections and change of tenancies
  • The prompt delivery of all reporting in a clear and concise presentational format
  • Ensuring all invoices have been billed correctly by the supplier
  • Liaising with the suppliers to clearly answering any day-to-day queries

Market Tracking Service

We provide our customers with simple regular market updates to help them to make an informed decision as to when to purchase.

New supplier first bill service

To avoid the hassle of wrong first and last bills. We will take a meter read on the date you move to ensure that the transfer is completed smoothly and with no errors.

Termination service

To ensure you don’t miss your notice period with a supplier. We will make sure that your written termination notice is logged in time and manage the supplier to ensure that you are not placed onto more expensive out of contract rates or a variable price plan.
